what is the return policy?
as a small business, I'm not able to accept returns. that said, if your piece arrives broken, please reach out through the contact form or email hello@byvwt.com — I'll make it right. and if you're ever unhappy with a purchase for any other reason, I genuinely want to know. send a note through the contact form or to hello@byvwt.com, feedback like this is how I keep improving.
when will my order ship?
most pieces are already made by the time the shop updates, so please allow 1-3 business days for me to process and pack your order before it ships. made-to-order pieces will be labeled clearly on the product page, along with the specific timeframe for that piece.
how much does shipping cost?
shipping is calculated based on your location and what's in your order. you'll always see the exact cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
how do I care for my piece(s)?
each piece is made from durable white stoneware and finished with glaze, so it's technically dishwasher safe. that said, hand washing is the best way to preserve the glaze and fine details over time.
is your pottery food-safe? dishwasher safe? microwave safe?
it depends on the piece! every product page includes specific details on food safety, dishwasher safety, and microwave safety for that item — check there before use.
